Dr. Edmond Sze – D M D

With seven years of dental practice experience, Dr. Sze specializes in same-day dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and surgery. His dental practice stands out due to its modern ambiance, fully equipped with digital technology. Additionally, the presence of a local denturist allows for comprehensive care, with most treatments being completed on the same day as exams and consultations.

Joseph Lima – R D T / D D

Joseph Lima has been in the dental profession since 1983. His passion for the profession has lead Joseph to become a Registered Dental Technologist in Ontario and Quebec, as well as a Denturist. Having an on-site laboratory enables Joseph to customize dentures to every individual’s aesthetic needs and function. Joseph’s extensive experience in the dental field ensures his patients quality workmanship and expertise in dealing with any denture or implant related situation. Joseph’s goal is to make every patient feel confident with their smile, and he is always ready to discuss and explain treatment options. Joseph’s professional and friendly manner inspires trust in his patients.

Adam Lima – D D / B.S.C

Adam Lima is a dedicated and passionate Denturist who, alongside his family, is committed to enhancing the lives of others through personalized denture and implant services. Following in the footsteps of his father, Joseph Lima, and brother, Michael, Adam became a fully licensed Denturist, bringing his expertise and care to every patient he serves. Adam works alongside his family to ensure that every individual receives the highest standard of care. His dedication to his craft and to his patients is at the heart of Lima Denture and Implant Solutions’ mission to improve quality of life and create beautiful, confident smiles.

Brooklyn Dobbie – D D

Hi my name is Brooklyn Dobbie, and I graduated from George Brown College in 2022, where I earned my advanced diploma in Denturism. From a young age, I always knew I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to help others. What I love most about this profession is the ability to restore people’s confidence by giving them a beautiful new smile. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone light up when they see their transformation. In addition to my work, I have a deep passion for traveling. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.
As I continue to grow both professionally and personally, I am excited about the future. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far and look forward to all the new experiences and challenges that lie ahead.

Michael Lima – D D

Michael Lima graduated in 2010 from St. Pius X High School in Ottawa. Having been exposed to the dental field all his life, he decided to follow in the footsteps of his father Giuseppe Lima and become a Denturist. In 2014, Michael graduated with Honours from George Brown College in the Denturism Program and successfully achieved his Denturism licence in the same year.

In 2015, Michael began working with his father Giuseppe Lima DD, R.D.T., T.D. and his brother Adam Lima DD at 1580 Merivale Road, Suite 301 after Lima Denture and Implant Solutions purchased and took over the Stratton Denture Clinic. Within two years, Michael and the Lima Group took over unit 16 on the ground floor at 1580 Merivale and renovated the space to become the new location of Lima Denture and Implant Solutions. Michael Lima now manages and operates the site at 1580 Merivale.

In 2021, Michael Lima along with his father and brother renovated and took over the space at 1535 Bank Street. This is the third location in the Ottawa area for Lima Denture and Implant Solutions, complete with an onsite dentist, Dr. Edmund Sze.

In addition to operating these locations in Ottawa, Michael also works in Winchester at
Dentistry@Winchester and Kemptville at Dentistry@Kemptville as the Denturist in these
Dental offices.

Contrary to popular belief, all dentures and dental restorations should be checked and examined on an annual basis. If your dental restorations are breaking under function this is usually an indication that there is a fit or functional problem that should be rectified promptly. Without the placement of dental implants the shrinkage and damage to bone and soft tissue is accelerated.
